Today is a BIG day

Friday, March 8th, is a HUGE day in Colorado history.  For a recap of everything going on in state politics, read this, this, and this.

The state senate is voting on the bills on the floor today.  Pray for us – we need it.  And then call your senator.

Magpul testifies

The Denver Post is actually doing a reasonable job reporting on this chaos.

But back to Magpul for a second, if you’re not familiar with the Boulder Airlift, Magpul is making a legitimate effort to sell a ton of PMAGs to Coloradans.  I got 10 new magazines ordered today.  Here’s the link.

Next week we’ll try and get back on track, I just wanted to try and do my part to help kill these horrible bills.  Thank you for all you have done to keep Colorado free!

So what happens to anyone who already owns a gun and mags over the limit? There seems to be different opinions. Can guns that carry 19 rounds be fitted to carry less?
I don’t have the knowledge, but support freedom!

    • Kathie – we just have to pass the bill to find out what’s in it. 🙂 But seriously, the last version I read had a grandfather clause in it, as long as you stay in continuous possession of the magazine. So I can’t let you hold one of my magazines or that’s an illegal transfer. But honestly, we’ll just have to wait to see which amendments were added and what the final version says. I was doing my best to keep up with all of the changes, but things can change quickly and I don’t want to give you bad info.
